The mission of the CARES (Campus Assessment, Response, Empowerment & Support) Team at Feather River College is to provide support and build a relationship with students in distress to ultimately prevent threats or actual violence before it occurs (NABITA, 2023).
Please utilize the referral form below to report a concern.

Additional Reporting Forms
This form is for faculty to report a student who is having difficulty in class, poor attendance, etc.
This form is for reporting disruptive behavior and student conduct violations to the Vice President of Student Services.
This form is for reporting an incident of sexual or gender-based harassment, including sexual misconduct, stalking, and/or intimate partner violence. Read more about Title IX.
This form is for reporting any crime that occurs on campus which may violate the Standards of Student Conduct or other College Policy. This is for internal use. All crime should also be reported to Plumas County Sherriff's Office.
