Join us on Sept 20, 2024 for the inaugural Ag Fall Picnic!
The FRC Agriculture department is hosting a fall picnic for all current and prospective Ag students. This is an opportunity to come together and explore all of the different Agriculture programs at FRC. There will be a free BBQ lunch, fun games, an opportunity to meet staff and faculty, along with a tour of the FRC Agriculture facilities. To wrap up the day, guests will be treated to a private exhibition rodeo at the FRC Rodeo grounds on campus!

Tentative Schedule
- 11:00am – Welcome and Meet & Greet @ Equine Facility
- 11:15am – Ag Facility Tour (for prospective students)
- 11:45am – Free BBQ lunch & Ag games
- 1:15pm – Guest Speaker: TBD
- 1:30pm – Agriculture degrees & programs discussion
- 2:30pm – Exhibition Rodeo at FRC Rodeo Grounds
If you are thinking about attending the Agriculture program at Feather River College, then this event is for you! Join us to meet staff and faculty, interact with current Ag students, and get all of your questions answered. There will be an open house and tours of the Ag facility, along with a discussion on which Ag program is right for you. To cap it all off, guests will enjoy a private exhibition rodeo at the FRC grounds featuring the FRC Rodeo Team. We hope you can join us!

The FRC Ag program is more than just a cohort of students; we are a family. And as a family, we are hoping that current Ag students can join us to welcome our new and prospective students at this Ag Fall Picnic. This is an opportunity to engage with other classmates, learn more about the many Ag programs at FRC, and of course, enjoy a free BBQ lunch and games!
While this event might seem like an open house for incoming students, we are hoping that current FRC students will be there to assist with welcoming our guests into our house! Plus, free food, right?
The Annual FRC Rodeo is coming up quickly, and with that, the FRC Rodeo Team is looking for any chance to practice. The Ag Fall Picnic is the perfect opportunity to showcase the rodeo team skills and practice in front of a live audience in preparation for the upcoming FRC Rodeo.
This is an exclusive event and only Ag Picnic attendees and their guests are invited. We hope everyone enjoys this intimate performance and sneak peek at our championship-caliber FRC Rodeo team!
