Home Field Advantage
April 7-10, 2025
Seniors, do you plan on attending Feather River College in the fall?
This an opportunity for Plumas County high school students to receive a "Home Field Advantage" to register for classes before general registration opens up to all!
Home Field Advantage is designed for Plumas locals to get a jumpstart on registration, to ensure class schedules and course availability. This year our Home Field Advantage will be taking place an entire week! This allows local students flexibility to book appointments with advisors and receive a personalized fall 2025 schedule! Here is the quick breakdown:
- Home Field Advantage is open to ALL Plumas & Sierra County students from April 7-10, 2025
- Students will be able to book appointments with FRC Academic Advisors either in person on-campus, or online via Zoom
- Students will then work with advisors to create a customized schedule before any other students can register
- Students are then invited to join us for our annual Day in the Mountains experience on April 11
Day in the Mountains is an opportunity to mix and mingle with new Golden Eagles from out of the area who will also be joining us for fall 2025. You will also be able to take a campus tour, explore student resources, meet faculty, enjoy some games, and of course a FREE lunch and FRC swag! If you have any questions in the meantime, please reach out to our Advising office and make sure to mention the Plumas Pipeline for FREE tuition for local, qualifying students!
