Welcome to Upward Bound at FRC

Mission Statement:

The Feather River College Upward Bound Program provides academic advising, financial aid guidance, and other services that will assist eligible participants and their families.  The goal of Upward Bound is to increase the rate at which participants graduate from high school and also enroll in and graduate from college.
