Feather River College (2011):  Cody played in 32 games as a freshman and started 11 of those games. He had a .957 fielding percentage and played 2nd base the majority of the time.

High School: Cody was a 3 year letter winner at Newberg High School for coach Frank Baumholtz. After his senior season he was voted 1st Team All League shortstop and honorable mention All-State.

Personal: Cody enjoys listening to music, playing video games, eating steak, the outdoors, and fishing during his free time.....his favorite movie is Avatar, his favorite team is the Yankees, and his favorite athlete is Derek Jeter....he is the son of Sonya Coates and Daryl Bonner.....he has an older brother and sister.....his birthdate is 5/24/92.
