Feather River College (2012):  Alden appeared in 35 games as a freshman. He was selected to the GVC all-league team. He hit .330, with 6 doubles, 5 triples, and 19 RBI's.

High School:  Alden was a three sport letter winner for the Pelicans. He lettered three years in baseball for head coach Pete Whisler. He was selected 1st team all-conference and player of the year after his senior season.

Personal: Alden enjoys cooking, lifting weights, swimming, and eating Mexican food during his free time....his favorite athlete is Mike Trout and his favorite sports teams are the Oregon Ducks and Denver Broncos and his favorite musician is Eric Church....he is the son of Todd and Sandra Goebel....he has one older brother.....his birthdate is 1/14/93.
