Planned Giving
You have the flexibility to allocate up to $100,000 annually to one or more public charities, with a distribution deadline of December 31 for the designated year. This limit may be adjusted for deductible contributions made to your IRA after reaching 70 ½. To facilitate this distribution, your IRA administrator can directly transmit funds to the charity, or you can issue a check from your IRA checkbook, following specific regulations (consult your IRA administrator for details). When gifting to the Feather River College Foundation from your IRA, provide written instructions for your desired designation. Your generosity creates a significant and lasting impact.
