Other Optional Fees

Enrollment and other required fees are due at the time of registration.

 

Fee Refunds (if the balance is $10 or more)

 

The College will automatically process a full refund if the College cancels a class.

 

Full-Term Classes:

Refunds for full-term classes will be automatically processed by the College for 100% of the balance minus the $10 refund processing fee for full-term classes dropped through the second week of classes. 

 

No refunds will be issued for full-term classes dropped after the second week of classes.

 

Half-Term Classes:

Refunds for half-term classes will be automatically processed for 100% of the balance minus the $10 refund processing fee for half-term classes that are dropped through the first week of classes. 

 

No refunds will be issued for half-term classes dropped after the first week of classes.

 

Short-Term Classes:

Refunds for short-term classes will be automatically processed for 100% of the balance minus the $10 refund processing fee for short-term classes that are dropped prior to the first class meeting. 

 

No refunds will be issued for short-term classes dropped after the first class meeting.

 

If the balance is less than $10, the amount will be credited to the student for the next semester.  Credits not issued in the following semester will be written off.
