Geology A.S. & A.S.T
Geology is the study of the Earth, including our planet’s composition, behavior, and history. Feather River College is located in a fascinating and diverse geologic landscape on the boundary between the Sierra Nevada and the Cascades. Our curriculum includes participation in local field trips to visit some of these beautiful and interesting geologic features.Feather River College currently offers both an Associates Degree and a Associates Degree for Transfer in geology. Students who wish to study geology should plan to transfer to a four-year college or university to continue their studies.
